Sodium in Bs?

I bought regular baking soda. the brand is arm & hammer. I notice yesterday taht it has 150 mg of Sodium. am i using the right one? The sodium its not to much? thank you The website is wonderful

Nancy: Arm & Hammer is generally o.k. If you worry about sodium, then take some potassium supplements to balance out the excess sodium. Potassium bicarbonate are relatively hard to find for most consumer, but you should find it easier to get potassium supplements from the drug store easier.
