ACV and Baking Soda
Dear Ted, in 1999 while traveling in Vietnam, I caught a parasite or amoeba and was sick for two weeks with bad diarrhea. After taking a lot of antibiotics, I developed C Dificil, which took four months to cure. It took an additional year to strengthen my stomach and intestinal tract. Six weeks ago, while traveling in Arizona, I seemed to have had food poisoning in a Mexican restaurant. Within a day or two I developed acid reflux, stomach bloating, and gas. My doctor had me take Prilosec for 20 days, but after stopping the symptoms returned. Can you advise me what combination of apple cider vinegar and baking soda to take and for how long to use it? I want my life back!
