Take with or Without Food?

If Baking Soda should not be taken with food because it interrupts the digestion process & should wait an hour after eating; what about ACV that is best taken with food?

In practice I take baking soda one hour or more before eating or one hour or more after eating. Apple cider vinegar can be mixed with most of your favorite foods such as salads.

The exception for taking ACV in some few cases appear to be GERD or acid reflux, where adding baking soda can often help reduce the time food spends in the stomach.

The more alkaline the pH of the food is, the less time the food spends in the stomach and hence reduced food fermentation will results in fewer acid reflux episodes.
