Is it ok to pre-mix the ACV and baking soda in bulk and then use up the mixture as you use it. or should you only mix as much as you need for one drink?

Dear Sandra: Mix ACV and baking soda only as needed please! If not, they will spoil. ACV alone won't spoil because its pH is so acidic, but in a pH between 6-7 the possibility of spoilage increases. The combo is not good for long-term storage.
