Is Baking Soda Contaminated?

Hello Ted, Please advise if ascorbic acid can be mixed with baking soda to make it ascorbate. I bought ascorbic acid in bulk and it makes my sinus flare up Thanks

Yes it becomes an ascorbate. If it flares up, not enough baking soda was added to make a pH of the solution about 7.5. It should taste like water, or slightly bitter in taste, not sour. Some Vitamin E and should help.

If nothing works I might try some zinc 50 mg and 250
mg bht supplements.
