2 Tbsp Too Much?

Posted by Robert (Hefei City, China) on 10/04/2006

Well, I tried a mixture of 2 tbls of Apple Cider Vinegar with 1 cup of water and a little more than 1 teaspoon of baking soda. I just started taking it and boy do I have to run to the washroom because I guess of how strong it is. I usually take ACV on an empty stomach. I am not sure if this is the best way to take it, but I am almost ready to throw in the towel on this remedy. Any thoughts?

The dosages you are using are meant for an adult with a serious condition and meant to be slowly sipped over time, not all at once. Generally 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 tablespoon of vinegar plus 1/2 glass of water is the standard dose for most people.
