Whenever ACV and baking soda is mixed, it should be used at once, otherwise, it will spoil, as the pH of the solution is within biologically active parameters of 7.0 - 7.5 pH. The longest it can store is only one day and that's when it is refrigerated in a closed container. I won't keep this solution longer than a day. Most people tend not to like the smell of ACV and will add other things. The problem about that is, the sugar in honey may not be advantageous. I would prefer to add orange oil or other flavorings such as lemon oil, clove oil, etc. One small exceptions in adding honey is that not too much can be added, only a small amount and the honey sugar content should not exceed 5% maximum, but this means drinking at least 1/2 glass of water should reduce the content so the blood sugar is not affected, assuming of course that ACV is used at 2 tablespoons plus 1/4 teaspoon baking soda in 1/2 glass. If honey is added, then the water should be added to full glass, for example.
