Safe During Pregnancy?

Posted by Georgia on 12/25/2006

Hi, I am pleased to find that using bicarb soda with the vinegar reduces the acid level, meaning that I can now use this again (had given up as I found it so acidic that it gave me diarrhea). No problems now. Except for when I am away from home, I am routinely taking 1-2 tbsp organic apple cider vinegar mixed with a little raw honey, 1/4 tsp bicarb soda and water, twice daily. I am in the early stages of pregnancy - is there any reason I should not continue with this while I am pregnant? Many thanks.

Dear Georgia: If in doubt, mix it with the food! No one can blame you for eating healthy food! Therefore to the same remedy ADD this to your salad plus add some italian dressing. No one can accuse you now of using strange home remedies, it is just that you have a peculiar tastes of adding the baking soda to the salad!
