What Does Ted Think of Prp Injections for Hair Loss?

Posted by Al (Pompano, Fl) on 07/28/2010

hi Ted,

it has been a while since I got in contact with you. I even spoke to you one time over the phone. i was asking you about hair loss. well I am still struggling with hair loss. I wanted to know if you know anything about PRP(Platlet Rich Plasma) and hair loss.

Over here in the U.S., doctors are injecting a persons own PRP into their scalp and are having positive results in growing hair. Would you recommend this?? Please let me know. Thank you.

Dear Al:

Yes, there is some good results for platelet rich and I think it works better then stem cells in terms of practicality and cost.

I do not know whether you used manganese, copper (from chlorophyll), vitamin C sodium ascorbate, borax, selenium, tannic acid and alkalization which directly deal with hair loss issue. The cause of hair loss is due to fungus infections, mostly supported from fructose in fruit juices, calcium supplements, and wheat products, which worsens the condition. In terms of deficiency such as cysteine, biotin are some supplements important for hair growth.
