Posted by Anonymous on 05/10/2011

Hi Ted, You have been helping many ppl to solve their hair fall problems in all the ways. Please take me out of this depression... it would be a huge help.I have tried all the costly shampoos, oils & hair packs. but none works. Due to thinning of hair now, I am ashamed to go out and meet ppl. U are my last hope to resolve my hair problem.

I am 31 yr old female from india and moved to US 1.5 yrs back. Since then I am having excessive hairfall actually hairfall started 4yrs back but after coming to USA it is tooooo much. I have few hairs to count on my head. I am on a contraceptive pills past 1 yr too. Every time i comb/apply oil/shampoo hair comes out in 1000s.

Due to thinning of hair my husband does not take me out to meet with people. We both are ashamed of that. Please tell me what i should use for stopping my hairfall and regrowth too. Many Thanks in Advance.

There are a few things you can try:

Moringa. Take a powder herb or its equivalent 1 teaspoon three times a day.
Contraceptive pills cause hair loss.
Avoid shampoo. Use borax 10 team mule team with water to rinse instead.
Centella asiatica take a powder herb 1 teaspoon three times a day.
Biotin one of the vitamin. Take about 2- 5 mg a day.
B8 inositol about 50-250 mg a day
B5 take about 50-250 mg a day
B3 for depression and hair loss. Take 50 mg a day

See if any of these help you.

I assumed you tried iodine, of all my postings, but that is a wrong assumption by me in previous postings. You should try iodine and manganese first because those are two primary supplements you should go for. Iodine can be potassium iodide, or Lugols half strength, as I believe they are too strong for some people. You can start by applying on the skin and/or taking internally 1 drop. It takes a couple of days to kick in. The manganese is taken for a week also to notice the effect. If you use potassium iodide you can take that in dropper bottle prepared at 10% potassium iodide and 1 or 2 drops a day.

If you happen to take contraceptive pills and experience hair loss, try progesterone cream. It helps for most women.

hey.. Im also from india and I had the hairloss before 3 years and as you said most part of the hair gone. I was studying in college and ashamed to meet people. But later I came to know abt a hair treatment and I went there. They told me I am in the final stage so it'll take 3 years to come back my black thick curly hair. I was following strictly the treatment. They asked me to follow a regular diet with daal, milk and milk products, bolied egg, spinach, almonds, dry fruits, lime/orange juice, soya milk, soya bean etc. After 6 months they found my feritin level is very low. Saw I started taking iron suppliments and the homeo medicines with the regular diet. I followed everything strictly what I was told. Now I am so happy to see my healthy curly hair back. So my advice is its because of vitamin deficiency. Have a regular diet with all these foods and consult a doctor as soon as possible. I found so many cases there. So u r not alone. But dont be delayed. All the best!!
