Sometimes these herbs work, but they aren't known to be consistent. So I think we have to use a combination of supplements and herbs. As far as hair growth concern, biotin, silicon (in form of sodium silicate solution taken at 10 drops a day ), cysteine, and perhaps tin chloride (1 mg a day is more than enough for just 5 days). The dose of biotin might be 1-5 mg, however biotin is also found in liquid egg yolk, but without the white eggs. The obvious supplement I might try first is L cysteine, such as 1000-3000 mg a day for at least two weeks to see if that works. For me personally I will take the B50 for 5 days and large dose of vitamin C such as 3000 mg for about 3 months, to get rid of gray hairs. Chlorophyll supplements may also help but it is taken nightly, or else it makes you sleepy during the day time. Ted
