Can Hydrogen Peroxide Cause the Hair to Grey Prematurely?

Posted by Lizzy (Niskayuna, Ny) on 11/17/2009

Ted will taking Hydrogen peroxide (H202) regularly cause the hair to prematurely grey? If so, any way to counteract this? Is this the same with ozonated water? Thanks.

Too much hydrogen peroxide might cause grey fast, but a vitamin C will prevent that. It's dose is 1000 mg per day usually will reverse that.
