Questions About Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide and Supplements
Dear Ted,
I have read an article a couple of times regarding the consumption of food-grade hydrogen peroxide. I purchased one gallon of it because I have friends and relatives that will probably start, as well. I consume 10 drops of 35% food grade in 8 ounces of distilled water 3 times a day. I decided to begin consuming H202 to continue to be proactive with my health.
I have a question regarding a statement I read in the article about consuming supplements, such as; Vitamin C, fish/fat oils (I take one gel that has 3, 6, &9) and a multi vitamin.
It stated NO to consuming these products if you consume the hydrogen peroxide.
In your opinion, does this mean “at NO time at all” OR to avoid at the time you are drinking the water?
I have taken supplements daily for many years. (Antioxidants, L Arginine, Acetyl Carnitine, Veg & Fruit tablets, Coral Calcium, B Complex, Gelatin, Multi Vitamin, Vitamin C, Glucosamine, Fish Flax & Borage Oil, Gingko, & CoQ10, etc.)
Let me know and thank you!
Dear Randy:
In practice I have no negative effects from consuming any of the supplements when drinking H2O2. The real problem lies in taking H2O2 everyday is a problem. As it reduces the body's antioxidant level. The opposite is true, Vitamin C is often taken to neutralize the negative effects of H2O2. The H2O2 stays in your blood for an average of 50 minutes. Therefore any antioxidants can be taken after an hour or so and it won't have any problems. This is why in treatment of certain virus, or bacteria, H2O2 dose is often taken at 30 minutes apart for a couple of times, such as 4 to 8 times on the average, thereafter, any supplements can be taken so it won't interfere is H2O2 's effect.

Ted, thank you for answering my email. In regard to antioxidants, I take Astaxanthin softgel (4mg) and a softgel Grape Seed Whole Grape & Resveratrol (100mg & 15mg) each day.
Is that amount sufficient?
Also, how often should I take the H2O2 for body maintenance? Currently I take 3 - eight ounce glasses with 10 drops of 35% food grade H2O2 in each glass per day.
Let me know and thank you.
Randy
The dosages on research to get some positive effects are closer to 500 mg and more. It would be too expensive in human dose at that level. I am currently looking at lower dose than 500 mg to have a therapeutic effect. Red wine exteract is preferable at around 100 mg to 250 mg. I am looking at optimum dose for that one also. Grape seed 100 mg is usually the average dose I used. H2o2 generally twice a day to three times a day is a good dose I have used.

Ted, again thank you for the response.
I get my supplements online from Swanson for the most part. They have Red Wine Extract, 90 gels, 500mg for $8.00 per bottle. I have found it hard to beat their quality and pricing.
