Easy to Overdue with Inhaler?
I love this site, like a lot of other people I was searching for natural cures and treatments, so glad i found this site. I just started drinking ACV and Baking Soda. Just started 4 days ago, no noticable changes yet, but i'm sure there will be. I want to do the H2O2 also. Can I use it in a Nebulizer? also ACV. Maybe 1 day ACV next day H2O2.Can i overdo if I drink it plus inhale it? I have Allergies ( not food )and sinus issues also chronic Bronc. Thanks again for this site.God Bless. Patricia
Yes. I think a 0.5% to 1% concentration H2O2 is a reasonable one.
You can use ACV in nebulizers alone also. YOu can switch between H2O2 one day and ACV the next.
Can i overdo if I drink it plus inhale it?
Not really since inhaling would merely kill the bugs in the lungs and reduce the bacterial/viral/fungus load off the body.
I have Allergies (not food )and sinus issues also chronic Bronch.
Allergies have several remedies. Alkalinity is one of them. The other is a fungus issue. Borax 1/8 teaspoon per liter of water may help this. Sodium molybdenum 20 mg may help allergies relating to sulfites. Heavy metals is a big issue. If the drinking water is contaminated with this, an easy way to find out is drinkin bottled mineral spring water (preferably glass bottles) for at least a week and see how you fare. Test kits are a lot more expensive and they don't give you all the answers since chemical toxins in drinking water may also trigger it.
Eating chinese parsley (coriander) as a salad or something added to soups may help reduce the heavy metal loads reducing the allergies, which may be a very mild form autoimmunity disorders.
If your allergies are a seasonal thing where it happens more often during the winter or lacking of sun, then vitamin D3 between 2000 i.u./day to 10,000 i.u./day should show improvement.
