Good Bacteria Affected by Hp?

There two kinds of bacteria in our guts: good and harmful. I wonder if good bacteria are killed by taking HP?

HP generally kills best the anaerobes, assuming that normal dose. Anaerobes are generally the harmful bacteria the good bacteria are aerobic bacteria. Most h2o2 dose are quite low and effects mostly the anaerobes.
