Never use hydrogen peroxide with braces. Hydrogen peroxide attacks braces and becomes very unstable. Hydrogen peroxide degrades at accelerate pace with a lot of gases formed in presence of braces. It will make the problem for you much worse. If you don't want to take the braces off, DO NOT USE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE solution.

I have ceramic braces with a metal wire. I don't want to use the H202 for mouthwash until after the braces, however could I still ingest 3 drops of 35% fghp in my water 2ce a day?
