Can I Mix It in Lemon Water?

Posted by Daniel on 11/13/2006

I want to know whether it's ok to mix lemon water with a few drops of h202 (35% grade). The lemon makes the water alkaline and I have a problem with dehydration (all the time) so I want to keep drinking lemon water as this helps with this. Daniel

Dear Daniel: No. You cannot mix lemon water with a few drops of H202 35% grade. Lemon is an antioxidant water and rich with antioxidant vitamin C. What antioxidant does to the body is allows the body's internal organs to recover from excessive oxidation. Once the body is strong enough, the taking oxidants of hydrogen peroxide would merely kill the bugs and detox the poisons in your body.

What I would prefer you do, and there are many ways to do it, is to go ahead and take the lemon plus baking soda enough so that the fizz stops and add the water. Assuming you take this before bedtime (preferably) and you can take the hydrogen peroxide alone in the afternoon. Often the afternoon hours is best because that is when your immune systems are down and/or pathogens are strong. Making your immune systems strong during that time is a practically difficult since your body is wearing out near the end of the day. Therefore take a couple of drops, such as 3 drops of 35% H2O2 between 12.00 p.m - 2.00 p.m. would be best strategically preemptive because the body's system will be burnout between 1.00 p.m - 4.00 p.m. Giving a second immune system of H2O2 should carry the day through without getting unnecessarily sick from bugs.
