COMMENTARY, BILL MUNRO AND TED'S RESPONSES
I am a registered nurse and holistic health practitioner. I am responding out of concern for Bill's inhalation and ingestion of hydrogen peroxide instructions. Hydrogen peroxide is toxic to all living organisms with the exception of two anaerobic bacteria. It is of utmost importance that readers understand this prior to utilizing this method of cure. It is certainly true that people using this approach may feel better, but the cost to long term health may well not be worth the short term positive effect. A sinus wash done daily weekly or monthly along with the cayenne pepper treatment will be just as, if not more, effective without long term damage to one's nasal passage and sinuses. Please post this brief word of caution to your readers. I do not state that I doubt the efficacy, but question whether the risk outweighs the benefits.
From what we understand, Hydrogen Peroxide stays in the body for a maximum of 2 hours. Given its short life span, we highly doubt there are long term effects.
I have been doing the hydrogen peroxide inhalation method at 3% every day for 12 years now and expect to live to be at least 100 years old. I turn 83 in March. Enough said.
The issue is concentration level of H202 and not the use of peroxide, black and white. Spring water and snow contain high concentrations of both ozone and hydrogen peroxide. Some spring water can have these levels as high as 0.25% concentration. It exists in nature and it is how nature and your white blood cells use to digest anaerobic bacteria. Eucalyptus oils can also degrade to hydrogen peroxide. You can destroy nasal passage with either too much hydrogen peroxide or even cayenne peppers. Too much of anything is not good for you and you can kill yourself just drinking water, or even just eating salt. The body's defense mechanism to kill invading bacteria, and even interferon cancer cure uses white blood cells ability to generate hydrogen peroxide needed to kill. Red blood cells make use of peroxide by carrying to the area where there is anaerobes and kill them by oxidation. Hydrogen peroxide at low concentration and the use of ozone is most effective in relieving conditions of fungus caused sinus problems. I can't tell you what is good or what is bad, I am merely giving you the facts.
