I would like to try oil pulling to cure my Keratosis Pilaris but I also have Mitral Valve prolapse. I have to take antibiotics before having any dental work. Please advise.
Oil pulling just removes the heavy metal and may be supportive. However whenever antibiotics are taken alkalization appears to be more important than the use of oil pulling. Only when the body is properly alkalize is oil pulling most helpful.
Antibiotics usually increase the body's retention for toxic heavy metals as most of them are acid forming and the toxins accumulate. If that needs to be done first, then just delay the oil pulling for now.
