Optimum Health Protocal Requested

Posted by Tami (St. Paul, Minnesota) on 09/04/2008

Please tell me if you have developed a protocol, from which anyone could benefit, to achieve optimum health. What is the first step-i.e. should be balance pH before we begin with OP, ACV, coconut oil, detoxes, etc.? Thank you.

Hi Tami

I am not Ted, but may I suggest a set of protocols, all related to pH balance, that can be found in a pH balance forum, you may find them interesting. I found the info very useful to me.

The general overview of the protocols http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1191139#i

More details about the alkalizing drink that synergetically combines minerals (blackstrap molasses, Epson Salt, pickling lime water and kelp powder,) with weak acids (such as Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice) http://www.curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1009886#i1

Alkalizing baths http://curezone.com/forums/am.asp?i=1028932

Alkalizing foot baths http://curezone.com/forums/fm.asp?i=1028933#i

I hope these can help you.

I am more conservative in approach then most people think when actually using supplements. I only used supplements when I am sick or as a substitute for medicine or pharmaceutical products. However, one area stands out in relation to close optimum health or monitoring, much like a thermometer, which is the urinary pH and salivary pH in the range of 6.5-7.0. using the alkalizing remedy. The other things I used is an ocassional hair mineral analysis, being one of the most important. If I do have time, I will try to think this through later on.
