Here in UK only Aloe vera gel is available, I have seen aloe vera oil, but it is aloe vera mixed with other oil. Do I need pure aloe vera extract or do I need 100% pure Aloe Vera?

You need pure aloe vera oil. Aloe vera extract and others are too weak, but to be practical, give it a try if you cannot find it.
