Is ACV Turning My Skin Yellow?

Posted by Anonymous on 10/08/2006

I started using apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp twice a day and I noticed a deep yellowish color to my skin. Is this related to apple cider vinegar? How do I correct this?

There are no reports of yellow skin from apple cider vinegar as carotene yellow is found from carrots. What brand are you using? The only reports for yellow skin I received only comes from carrots which are high carotene. If you think ACV is the problem, then switch over to white vinegar. Your conditions might be other more serious causes, such as jaundice, where your biliburin production is excessive. See your doctor, since this could be a condition of hepatitis, gallstone and other conditions.
