I have been suffering from GERD for a long time, which caused extreme fatigue and lack of sleep and that affected my life. I was reading your remedy about ACV and Baking Soda, I was wondering if i use baking Soda wouldn't that deplete other important acids in our body, and can i use brand like Foster Clark instead of Arm and Hammer, it is written on the ingredients Bicarbonate of Sodium E500. what is the E500 stands for, I am also going to do tests for Stomach Ulcer suggested by my doctor, if i have ulcer would this remedy cures it. I thank you very much for your answer.

It's an EU approved additive number E500. Baking soda is taken after meals. If you are depleted of bicarbonate more than your usual you can take 1/2 teaspoon in one of your meals up to 2 tablespoon of baking soda, but my general remedy is at least 1/4 teaspoon to 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

For stomach ulcers it helps if 1/16 to 1/8 teaspoon is taken one time a day before sleep. It helps kill the bug that causes ulcers too.
