Mercury Filling Removal Caused Problems

Posted by G on 08/03/2007

Hi Ted, I am 37 yrs old and had my amalgam fillings removed over a year ago and have developed the following problems: 2 Thyroid nodules, Gerd with hernia and stricture, headaches esp around my ears, throat and neck from throbbing like glandular. I also have the herpes virus and breakout 1-2 times per month. I know I am not alkaline because my urine is never more than 6.0. I have been oil pulling for about 3 days and after reading the other feedbacks, think I might need something else.

Gina: Most of the problem of Gerd is that the body needs to get its pH to near 7.0, with certain alkalizing drinks. The most effective ones, whenever the pH is fairly stubborn is the lime and baking soda remedy, which is one whole lime (8 teaspoon) plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water taken about two times a day, once in the morning and once before bedtime. I frequently monitor my urinary pH, and may increase the dose if it is not up to the pH of at least 7.0. This is most important for the body to raise its immunity, and GERD. Whenever liver is a problem such as a herpes, I prefer not to use oil pulling and prefer to take fat emulsifier to reduce the body's excess congestion of oils by emulsifying effects of the granulated lecithin one tablespoon taken at least once a day. This will reduce the liver's congestion allowing the body to better detoxify itself.

headaches esp around my ears, throat and neck from throbbing like glandular.

I have problems of those and found that vitamin C sodium ascorbate (or rose hips) 1000 mg taken three times a day helped and usually goes away the next day.

I also have the herpes virus and breakout 1-2 times per month.

I would try to take zinc gluconate 50 mg taken weekly and the herpes virus episode should reduce, especially if baking soda and lime remedy were also used.

A history of amalgam mercury cause the liver to be damaged, and the remedy I used is 1000 mg of N Acetyl Cysteine. It protects the liver by detoxification, but most importantly N Acetyl Cysteine chelates or remove the body of mercury. Thus protecting the liver by reduction of heavy metal exposure.

Certain conditions of headaches, should also be helped with magnesium gluconate or magnesium citrate with 250 mg taken 5 days out of a week. The magnesium is also protective against the amalgam toxicity residue that still remains and this condition should also reduce.

Dear Gina: Generally alkalizing with either a baking soda alone at 1/4 teaspoon in 1/2 glass of water taken twice a day or the use of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda plus one whole lime (about 8 teaspoon) in 1/2 glass of water should remove the excess serum calcium usually responsible for the cysts an some headaches. The pH of the urine should easily get at least above pH of 6 quite easily if the baking soda and lime is used.

Herpes viruses are generally difficult to kill but they have certain weaknesses against zinc, magnesium and clove oil. The zinc gluconate usual dose is about 50 mg, but those are hardly taken everyday, and is taken whenever there is viruses, so in generally the remedy is quite often less frequent than what the bottles that sell the supplements indicate, and can range anywhere to taken twice a week or three times a week at the most for zinc gluconate.

Magnesium citrate for me helps in alkalizing and also it has some antibacterial properties, but those I generally take about 250 mg/day for only 5 days out of a week.

Clove or cinnamon are quite often taken like a toothpick candies where they are dipped in those oils and taken when I was a kid back in High School. Those do have antiviral properties and generally helped me regain the loss of energy.

Liver is generally the cause of a lot sicknesses due to the congestion as liver have difficulty removing or detoxifying certain substances. There are several ways that can be done, at least for me, such as 3-6 drops of 3% H2O2 with some 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in 1 glass of water. Of course if the baking soda and lemon were already taken, then i won't need to add the baking soda again. The other I think is important which is the granulated lecithin, one tablespoon a day. Removing liver congestion is generally helped with lecithin, hydrogen peroxide drops, baking soda, and clove oil. I think it is the frequency of dose that is helpful the most whenever the energy level goes low, I might take the clove oil toothpicks or the hydrogen peroxide again. Whichever it is done, I believe alkalizing the urine pH to reach 7 as being most important since viruses don't survive well whenever urine pH reaches 7.
