Natural Stomach Remedies No Longer Working

Posted by Anonymous (Anonymous) on 12/05/2011

Dear Ted, I need your help most urgently. I have been supplementing with ACV and Soda bicarb for 2 months. Went for a scope three weeks ago and a CT Scan of the abdomen, and the dr found that my abdomen was normal. - no GERD, gastritis, esophagitis or hiatal hernia; and no trace of esophageal candidiasis. The pylorus was normal with the LES only slightly loose. These conditions had been diagnosed in March 2011. However, since last sunday (approx 4 week ago) I have been experiencing gastritis like pains. I have been using lugols, chanca piedra, B50 chlorella, spirulina, borax, selenium, glutamine, lysine, mag citrate, desiccated liver, Betaine Hcl and digestive enzymes sometimes. I had been on PPIs for over a year before starting this protocol.

It seems that the ACV and SB are not working now. What should I do, as I am experiencing burning acid-like pains in my stomach and esophagus, but mainly my stomach. I just can not go back to the PPIs. Could I have picked a bug from the scope? I checked my stool yesterday and it was all in normal range. Three weeks ago, all my blood parameters were in the normal range. Please, I will appreciate hearing from you. Thanks a lot.

I am actually thinking along the lines of psyllium husk, N acetyl cysteine, lysine as you mentioned, humic acid, melatonin, and DHEA. if the problems are irritating, the tiny amount of humic acid should do it, such as 1/32 teaspoon, it will work instantly in relieving the problem. Melatonin and DHEA are primary ones and can be taken too, such as melatonin 5 to 10 mg at night or 5 mg with every meal it may actually strengthen the immune system, both DHEA and melatonin. But DHEA is around 12 mg for women's dose as starting dose. The digestive enzymes should help.

Sodium bicarbonates usually helps, but is taken after meals say 1/4 to 1/2 in a cup of warm water, but I prefer 1/4 teaspoon. It is usually takes 2 weeks before things start improving.

N acetyl cysteine will further help the healing, as will lysine, glycine and glutamine. I believe it is some sort of fungus like bacteria, and usually they are eliminated if the digestive enzymes are added to make digestion stronger, such as hydrochloric acid, as in betaine Hydrochloride, but to make it stronger the liver has to have B50 at least once a day and things usually turn around after 2 or 3 weeks. But I don't believe it is best if you take it for extended periods of time. The ideal is two weeks to four weeks, and once better then maybe it's taken once a week.

What should I do, as I am experiencing burning acid-like pains in my stomach and esophagus, but mainly my stomach.

Humic acid is what i will take for that, digestive enzymes is the other, and finally the betaine HCl, and perhaps borax low dose 1/8 teaspoon, and B50.
