The last time I used a shampoo was 30 years ago and that was in my teens. I don't like shampoo because the chemical, sodium lauryl sulfate changes your skin structure and often brings additional problem of lost hair, fungus, and other things.

However, if you want a simple shampoo, I often use ordinary unscented soap or soaps with little scents. There is a good reason. Certain fragrances are pseudoestrogens, which in a pregnant woman can cause a child's sexual development to be impaired (such as lack of male hormones of a developing child). The other issue is these compounds tend to be quite disruptive of our own hormonal imbalances, which is as toxic as one get. Most foam can be created by simply boiling unscented soap with water to get a nice shampoo and is safe. Some people use a toilet soap which is a stronger form of soap for their skin condition. However, an unscented soap would be the best. Our environment is already full of pseudoestogens everywhere.
