QUESTIONS ABOUT TED'S BLOOD PRESSURE FORMULA

Posted by William on 12/17/2010

Ted,

Thank you for your very quick response, and for correcting me on the sodium nitrite. The one last thing I need to know is should the Sodium nitrite and the Potassium Carbonate need to be food grade. I have ordered food grade Sodium nitrite, but soap grade Potassium Carbonate, should they both be food grade or does it matter? Thanks again.

It helps if both are food grade.

In my opinion, the use of blood pressure formula is to be used only when other meds not working and taken when blood pressure is high such as over 150/130 for example. The most important element is to keep blood sugar below 110 but preferably below 100. It also helps if potassium iodide or SSKI is taken. No blood pressure will help if blood sugar is high and the iodine levels are low. To keep low blood sugar corn syrup, fructose, and sugar is avoided. Table salt is also not helpful. I used this only if necessary. It helps to keep blood sugar avoiding oils including olive oil, vegetable oils and take regularly vitamin B3, B1, granulated lecithin, perhaps metformin twice a day. I have found high blood pressure is a thyroid issue or borderline in standard blood test for thyroid and helps if some potassium iodide are taken and blood pressure is taken now and then but not everyday. In few cases blood pressure can be cholesterol issue but same supplements as lecithin and avoiding fried foods and vefegable oils still applies.

Ted writes again: "One more critical element for both blood pressure and blood sugar is the importance of hydrogen sulfide. Good food sources are sulfur rich amino acid and egg yolk. Key chemical messenger for blood pressure control includes not just nitric oxide but also hydrogen sulfide. I haven't quite gotten around to doing hydrogen sulfide using sodium sulfide and get them stabilized due to time and cost limitations for a really complete way the body controls blood pressure but in the meantime I would just eat sulfur rich amino acid and egg yolks for now. It should be noted that high blood pressure for one reason is excess fats on your belly that leads to low hydrogen sulfide. And one indirect way is to attach the taking glycine supplements is one way of doing that.

I have modified sodium nitrite to include sodium sulfide, which degrade to H2S, or hydrogen sulfide. Two messengers, Nitric Oxide and Hydrogen Sulfide are needed to control blood pressure. The nitric oxide reduces blood pressure although unstable and quick. It was the hydrogen sulfide that make it longer lasting. There are three chemical messengers in total, the third one is carbon monoxide, which I think raises the blood pressure. The mixture I prepared is :

1. 2.5 grams sodium nitrite and .5 grams of sodium sulfide 30 cc water.

2. 1.5 grams sodium nitrite and .5 grams of sodium sulfide 30 cc water.

The difference is the first formula reduces blood pressure while the second one reduces much less and a formula to help sleep. Of course I needed glycine about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon to help sleep.

I have to give this update so you can do it correctly. The formula with Sodium sulfide help produce Hydrogen sulfide needed to sustain the blood pressure.

So now you know any formulas involving the use of Arginine (Nitric Oxide) is not good enough without the complementary increase in sulfure amino acid which produces hydrogen suflde, such as N Acetyl Cysteine, Cystiene and methionine.

The Sodium Sulfide is needed to sustain lower blood pressure for about 5 hours instead 2 hours using Nitric Oxide. The hydrogen sulfide is needed to help stabilize the blood pressure. So if a person has unstable blood pressure, even without this for whatever reason, they have low than normal Hydrogen sulfide. Low hydrogen sulfide is universal with diabetes and Parkinsons, Alzheimer, but also it is low in people with sleep problems and other disorders. In fact my cure for diabetes is to restore normal hydrogen sulfide, by amino acid N Acetyl Cysteine, or L Cysteine being the main ones. Now some people might say too much hydrogen sulfide could be dangerous I agree, but they claim Crohn's disease and Ulcerative Colitis is too much hydrogen sulfide, Yes it might, but the exact cause is not Hydrogen sulfide, the cause is bacteria, Mycobacterium avium paratuberculosis (MAP) where the most effective treatments is humic acid, aloe vera oil and Lugol's solution.

The starting dose for someone with blood pressure of 170-180 appears to be 5- 10 drops lasting about 5 hours and you will see a gradual reduction in blood pressure.
