Nothing Is Working!

Posted by Tina (Arcadia, KS) on 12/01/2006

I have a question. My husband has been dealing with high blood pressure for a while. we have tried everything we have read about, with just a small amount of positive. Weight loss, Hawthorn, garlic, ACV, polyfusia, niacin, vit c, diet changes, etc, etc. We got it down from 235/170 to about 170/100. Any more suggestions? He has been working hard at this for 6 months now. We really don't want to go to a medical Dr. Thanks

Dear Tina: So you have tried to reduce blood pressure by :

Weight loss, Hawthorn, garlic, ACV, polyfusia, niacin, vit c, diet changes,

What I think is important which forms the basis of a lot of our health is controlling your urinary pH within acceptable parameters, which means between 6.5 - 7.5. This means adding some baking soda to the ACV would help. The usual dose is 2 tablespoon of ACV plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda, which is taken 2-3 times per day on an empty stomach. It needs a couple of weeks use to kick in, however take it 4 days out of a week is the preferred solution that works best.

Vitamin C is only in the form of sodium ascorbate works the best. Avoiding bread and white flour along with obvious sugar and preprocessed foods seems to have a dramatic effect since they are acid forming food. Green vegetables and whole fresh fruits should make about 70%-80% of the diets, by weight and the rest is meats. No fruit juices, the blood sugar increases too rapidly.

The other one which I think is important for both sugar control and normalizing hormonal control is to take 1 tablespoon of granulated lecithin with every meal.

Finally, you can add a couple of drops of peppermint PLUS 1/4 teaspoon of Natural Sea Salt. Most sea salt these days do not follow the standard ratios of the natural sea salt, but generally, but i wouldn't worry about this at the moment. Generally, it will replenishes which every TRACE mineral deficiency you have. The peppermint is actually diuretic and should help reduce the blood pressure.

Whenever MY blood pressure is a problem I often add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon (1/4 tends to be sour) of disodium EDTA per liter of water, but without the sea salt since I have detected the presence of heavy metals in the urine from old faucets, pipe fittings which will reduce a lot of free radical heavy metals.

In dire emergencies of an explosive high blood pressure, if they were of diabetic in nature, often taking an aspirin will work within an hour of normalizing the blood pressure. The other ones that I found quite good were clove oil, maybe 1 toothpick dipped into a glass of water, since they are so powerful for most people.

Other remedies for quickly reducing high blood pressure that I found useful personally is 200 mg of alpha lipoic acid plus biotin and taking a strong black coffee. Believe it or not, coffee is antioxidant, I have a Oxidation Reduction Potential meter which shows that coffee are in the negative values, which means it is food. Sounds strange, but you must recall that Edgar Cayce, the famous psychic who healed countless number of people made the same statement. However, I use them only when I need them, and this doesn't include, keeping me wide awake. I used them simply to control my blood pressure. This is of course if I want to reduce blood pressure quickly. It seems to cause diuretic throughout the day.

There are many other remedies in my head for further reducing high blood pressure, but those are the ones I used the most and had the best track record so far!
