Gerd and Liver Health

Posted by Crystal on 09/05/2007

I have been reading about ACV and baking soda and a lot of other things to help these kinds of problems but I am unsure which ones would be best for me and when? Can you please tell me what things I can do? I will only be able to a few things so I want to choose the ones that will work best and fastest for my particular situation. And can you also give me details like when to take things and before or after meals and exact dosages? After reading other people's stories and how this stuff has helped them I have faith that it can help me too. Thank you for your time. -Crystal

Dear Crystal: It would seem that the GERD issues appears to be too serious to do using just the apple cider vinegar and a stronger alkalizing formula is needed here. In this case I might consider using 2 tablespoons of lime juice plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water taken three times a day. Ideally it should always be taken 5 days out of a week. The other remedy that should help reduce the GERD is 250 mg of magnesium citrate a day at least taken for 5 days out of a week. On the third of fourth week, the body should have greatly reduced allergies and GERD. After which amino acid supplements are taken three times a day. Those should help some burning of fat and help the body's overall recovery. Most doctor's med causes the body into disability, and I have had it myself and managed to gotten out of that hole by taken 1000 mg of vitamin C three times a day, which can be sodium ascorbate or rose hips. Doctor's med also causes the body to accumulate heavy metals and cause the body's zinc and selenium to be low, in which case I would take 50 mg of zinc gluconate a week and 200 mcg of selenium twice a week. Whenever the body seems to be in a bad condition everywhere, my experience has been that doctors med seem to destroy the liver and one tablespoon of granulated lecithin taken at least once a day every day should note some weight loss before the month is out. To further help with liver recovery vitamin B complex where B1, B2, B3, B5 and B6 is 100 mg each, while B12 is 100 mcg, those are taken every other day for at least about a month. Hopefully by the second month the body should have some sufficient health return to be able to eat some foods without the allergies.
