Protocol Affects Dormant Virus in Cells

Ted does not specify whether one needs to be having an outbreak in order to start this protocol and how, if applied topically, it affects the dormant virus hiding in the cells.
If the condition is Herpes simplex, on the skin, the application is applied throughout a much larger area to prevent herpes from breaking out in other areas too. You need not wait for an outbreak in other areas, it will occur if the application is not wide enough. The microbes spread fairly quickly if there is no prevention or preventive ways to stop by applying them.
