The simplest possible way is to do hair mineral analysis, which not only checks the fluoride levels, but also other heavy metal toxicity. Most people would be surprised to know that mothers with high fluoride and high heavy metals and cause the child growth to be limited and also have learning disorders, such as ADHD, hyperactivity and others. Sometimes such toxicity is not found in the child's hair mineral analysis but it was quite revealing on the mother where it eventually affected the children's development during the term in the mother's womb, and not just the mercury, alumminum or MSG tainted vaccines injected into babies during the first weeks of life.
