Two conditions seem to crop up with people with similar conditons, high heavy metal and acid body. The more acid it is the more the body increases metals in the bloodstream, as acid eats metal, much like acid eats most anyting.

Therefore a simple remedy that alkalizes the best is 8 teaspoon of lime or lemon juice plus 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda taken twice a day. The citrate form I found works best in alkalizing the body.

In case brushing is difficult, after brushing the teeth, I would use 1% hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash a couple of times, then I would do the oil pulling. Then brush the teeth again to remove any excess oils, or use appropriate water rinse if possible.

Fungus tends to grow in both acidic environment and high heavy metals. Dead cells decay by becoming acid first before the fungus starts further decay, this is nature's way of decomposition. However in a healthy living person with an acid condition, this is premature and alkalizing is at least one of the ways you can stop them.

For coughs, I would use pure peppermint oil 1-2 drops. It basically kills the virus or other bacteria causing as well as reducing the sinus problem. A stronger one I sometimes use, is menthol crystals, which is quite tiny, about 1/16 inch in diameter, taken also, for a more chronic conditions. The menthol kills the virus and bacteria components by forming a newer compound.

A baking soda, or preferably potassium bicarbonate moutwash can also kill the sore throat and sometimes the cough. The mouthwash mixture is 1 teaspoon per 1/4 or 1/3 glass of water, approximately.
