How much and what kind of fluid do I dilute the peppermint oil with? You can add it in 1/4 glass of water, or take it directly depending on how sensitive people are with peppermint. Most children seem to like peppermint, but not everyone. The ones who do not like it need to be added to the drinking water. How do I alkalize a one year old without overdoing it? Do I just follow your alkalizing formula? 1/8 (or 1/16 - maybe too weak) teaspoon of baking soda in 1/8 glass of water should generally bes sufficient once or twice a day. This should have minimum problems.
