Die-off Symptoms
I wanted to ask a question more than make a comment. Apologies if this is the wrong part of the site. What are the usual symptoms of die off associated with taking VCO? I have suffered from chronic sinusitis for years, and after starting to take VCO - the day after, 6 days ago - started a prolonged attack of sinusitis - probably the worst yet. This has now lapsed into lesser symptoms such as a throbbing sinus headache on and off and itching inside the ears. Is this a probable side effect of taking VCO, and a die off effect, or totally unrelated? Can anyone answer this question?
K: In my opinion virgin coconut oil don't work as well for sinusitus, and I will not use them. The best remedy I have found up to date is 1000 mg of BHT taken only 3-5 of days and it should disappear almost entirely. Baking soda 1/4 teaspoon taken twice a day in 1/2 glass of water are synergistic. Maybe I am dreaming about such a short length for such treatment, to get results, but I can only tell you what I have seen and experienced first hand.
