TED'S REMEDIES NEEDED FOR ENDOMETRIOSIS

Posted by C. (California, Usa) on 11/19/2010

Hi Ted,

I in my mid-40s. Thank you for your support and advice, first of all.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis abt 8 years ago, had laser surgery which did not help. I stil have endometriosis. I believe I have had it since I was very young. I also have severe depression & anxiety, focusing problems, for a very long time, it has gotten worse with age. I also have problems with the bending areas of my body. Flexibility has been very good, maybe too good, but there is chronic pain, throbbing or persistent. As well as restless leg syndrome. And the latest diagnosis is fibromyalgia. I am on gabapentin (neurontin) to help with pain. 300 mg a day. Since I started taking it, my skin itches a lot more. I also have severe itching, and chronic pain around the right upper quadrant (liver area). No skin problems though, my hair has been turning white rapidly lately, but I have a lot of it though a lot falls out. I continue to have my period, have pelvic cramps throughout the cycle, and I continue to get sore and swollen breasts as well as headaches. I could lose 10-15 lbs and I would be happier about my weight. I often get a slight sore throat. My get good walks several times a week, and my diet is not horrible but also perfect. I do use VCO for cooking and eating. I am trying to decide what to do first, I want to start basic. It is hard for me to do the baking soda and ACV first thing in the morning, the house is very cold, and I want to have my breakfast.

I read all the advise on the website but I am overwhelmed by it and don't know where to start. Also I am concerned abt the granulated lecithin because of how soy lecithin is produced, with the use of harsh chemicals. Thank you so much and best to you.

Dear C.

When there is many problems, the best way to start if you have problems with baking soda and acv is take vitamin c instead, preferably sodium ascorbate 1000 mg taken 5 times a day plus vitamin b3 250 mg minimum but preferably 500 mg taken 3 to 4 times a day and some amino acid supplements. B3 should help with fungus, itchy skin, joint pain, and depression. Sodium ascorbate should help synergistic with b3 your energy level. Lysine 1000 mg taken hourly 4 hours and 2000 mg glutamine should help your immune systems in general. Within 1 to 2 weeks skin condition should improve, but energy levels pick up the next day. This I think is the best thing to start.

I have had endometriosis for about 3 years now. I have had two surgeries. I suffer from severe pain, nausea and migraines most days, I had a (merinna IUD) put in which means I no longer have periods. I am always exhausted, moody, depressed and can no longer work at all. I can no longer have sex with my partner as it is too painful and my constantly being sick/depressed/moody and in pain is causing huge problems in our relationship.

I was told I need another surgery, but sort a second opinion from a different surgeon who told me I should not have more surgery and instead I have chronic pain and must see a pain management team.

Help.

Hi, I heard a radio broadcast on utube by a doctor called Peter Glidden regarding this and he recommended eating eggs for Good Chloresterol to make Progesterone Hormone - he also advised against using tampons as they could worsen this condition. Maybe the budwig flaxseed/ oil protocol would help balance your hormones too? Good Luck and keep searching because all the answers are out there.
