Yes you can use sera aquatan if sodium thiosulfate is not available. Your cramps in your leg can be reduced with magnesium chloride or magnesium oil of several drops say 8 drops twice a day before meals, and some baking soda twice a day. I believe your homocysteine is high and you need trimethyglycine and must remove eating all fats except weekly some of those omega 3. Magnesium should resolve most of your conditions.

If you are having severe shakes, it could be a virus condition. I have several people with severe shakes but mostly in the hands and legs. Those are Parkinson's patient and I found the cause to be viral and treatment with antiviral remedy as in lysine hourly for four hours, in the morning and hourly for four hours in the evening, for three to fours days can eliminate 90% of the shakes and is worth the try as it requires only 3 to 4 days. The lysine is taken at 1/2 teaspoon every hour for four hour, in the morning and again in the evening. It has to be repeated for three days at least to get a cure of 90%. This is the simplest remedy I can get, there are other supporting ones, threonine, andrographis paniculata, clinacanthus nutans, amongst others. Magnesium will help most of the pain but it takes 3 days also, but necessary the shakes, it just makes it less severe. Grape seed extract help too, and it's all about virus that causes the shakes, from Parkinson's disease. However there is another kind of fungus that causes the shakes too, that's harder to treat (take more time) but the easiest supplement to help some is the asafoetidia (devil's dung) taken 50 to 100 mg x 3 times a day, and fulvic acid 100 mg x 3 times a day, and humic acid (some) 100 mg x 2 to reduce the fungus load in the system.
