QUESTION ABOUT LYSINE DOSAGE FOR MENIERE'S DISEASE

Posted by Anon on 05/26/2011

I began taking Lysine hourly- 1000 mg every hour for 5 hours. After 4 days of this, I saw noticeable improvement. The ringing in the left ear is gone. The dizziness and vertigo is gone. When I went down to twice daily, I started to feel a little strange.

So, my question is should I keep it up at the high dosage and for how long?

Any other suggestions on what else I can take to feel much better?

Thanks.

Yes, you should keep up with the dosages. Also it appears the Meneire's Disease is a resilient one. If it doesn't go away in a couple of days, take glutamine 500 or 1000 mg along with lysine. It's just a matter of getting rid of the virus. If there is any other suggestions, take zinc in addition to it but limit the intake to 25 mg zinc gluconate to 1 week. The zinc is taken only once however.
