A common way to neutralize virus that I used is to place a hot water bag or hot water sauna, just hot enough to kill the virus, without harming the skin, the temperature needed to kill them is not to exceed 45 degrees celsius, or between 42-45 Celsius or not exceeding 114 degrees Fahrenheit. The only way to be sure is to find a tolerable hot temperature is often the best but should exceed 41 degrees celsius of a hot water bag applied to the spinal area long enough for the heat to penetrate through to the spinal area. An infared may penetrate deeper and hence do not require higher temperatures. This is a very primitive practice where ancient American Indians weaken the virus by hyp0erthermia whtere they use suana but can be applied to localized area so that the virus die off that certain area. Certain supplements can kill certain virus as in BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) 1500 mg a day. For me I can apply a lavender oil to the spinal column where the lavender, being an oil is absorbed transdermally when it is left on the skin for more than an hour gets through the area and kill the virus. Of course this required overnight application. As for me I once had a strange virus that bought chronic fatigue syndrome where I was so weak I cannot move my finger and asked a friend of mind to spray a 5% clove oil in ethanol through arms, legs, spinal column and abdomen and chest area out of desperation, done every five minutes and was completely cured after five applications. Clove oil also have antiviral properties, as do, tea tree oil, and lavender oil. I believe clove oil is the most strongest, but Westerners seemed to have liked Oregano oil better, although I think they are a lot hotter then the clove oil and didn't seem, at least for me to work well against my strain of virus compared to oregano. So that's a matter of trial and error as to which worked the best.

In general, most hyperthermia, just hot enough it doesn't burn the skin, but a tolerably hot water application or the use of electric blanket mayhelp weaken the virus after a couple of hours of application. If not, I usually may resort to using either clove, lavender, tea tree or oregano. As said before I like clove oil the best, but certain other virus has different effects.
