The keloid you have appears to extensive and in my opinion surgery won't work. Because of it's extensive keloid, it appears that the cause is from toxin in the food from mostly canned or frozen foods, too much meats, sugar, too much sweet fruits and vegetable oil foods. This is evidenced from the pus in the photos. The body's lymphatic systems appears clogged and hence the pus. Therefore, the body needs to clear itself for at least a month of vegetarian diets, fruits that are not sweet, such as apples and guava, and sometimes pears. No vegetable cooking oils are used, bowel movements must be two times a day. This should clear the lymphatic systems. A digestive enzyme is taken 6 times a day, three times with meals, and three times on empty stomach. Potassium supplements' preferably potassium citrate, but if none are found any potassium will do, at 1/4 teaspoon after meal three times a day. The potassium should reduce the constipation if not, more maybe taken to help reduced swelling. For healing, aloe vera oil is taken at 1/2 teaspoon a day internally, perhaps some aloe vera is applied on the skin. Detoxification is at least needed before a black keloid, surgery or other procedures are performed. Some improvement is expected in about a month. It's most important to avoid sugar, fructose, milk and cooked meats, or at least reduce down to about 5% of the food, and mostly is vegetarian. Some weight loss is expected legumes and beans should be used as protein source as they don't get denatured as you do in cooking of most meats. Most Chinese remedies, but locally however the body needs a major detox before considering any topical application. A lugol's may help in the area as topical treatment, with aloe vera is what I will concentrate on. The body can also be detox by applying the entire body with a solution of bentonite clays on the skin. For example, 1 teaspoon of bentonite clay per 1 liter of water well dissolved and applied to the skin, and blow them dry. Then it is rinsed. This is repeated three times and done about once or twice a day for about a week. Improvement should be noticed on second or third week, of changing diets, potassium and bentonite clay to suck out the toxins. Digestive enzymes should clear some of the lymphatic blockages. Once this basic detox is started then I might consider other procedures. The problem of this keloid is too extensive to consider local surgery or topical application alone.

When detoxing to remove keloids, which in my definition is due to an immune disorder due to toxic proteins, a liver congestion, as a result of high oil. Basically to detox, no sugar, no oils, and no meat proteins as they are very difficult to digest. Vegetarian diets, vitamin C no calcium, some rice, some amino acid supplements, and no fruits, except for green apples. Fish oils, cod liver oil, and any oils tend to obstruct liver, as they accumulate and are subjected to rancidity inside the body. The only oil and that's after healing on oil free diet that doesn't harm the liver is the coconut oil. Any coconut oil will do, never any partially hydrogenated or hydrogneated vegetable oils. Oatmeals are fine, fishes can be eaten later, boiled soup is ok, rye bread, and rice generally don't cause problem. Lugol's solution 1-2 drops before bed time and some baking soda and potassium bicarbonate in equal portion, such as 1/2 teaspoon of each will alkalize and get the sodium/potassium balance back. It is most important to get more then the normal bowel movement such as three times a day, such as taking 30 drops of magnesium chloride solution 60-70%) concentration three times a day. Sometimes applying a ot water bag at 42 degrees celsius to the keloid area may help. The swelling of keloid maybe due to low salt diet and low potassium diet. There is no way for me to know, but what I do know is after taking a laxative of magnesium chloride, the pus will stop for sure. And if done frequently enough this might reduce the keloid swelling. I had one case of a cancer person with keloid growth on his lower back near the kidney area. The keloid just fell off. What happened was he had a adrenocarcinoma, kidney cancer and bladder cancer. The supplements taken was to deal with that was to take lysine 1/2 teaspoon, theronine 1/4 teaspoon, glutamine 1 teaspoon, and a small amount of citrulline at only 1/16 teaspoon taken four times a day, plus some 1/4 teaspoon of green tea extract or tannic acid, with sorbitol to help laxative effect from constipation causing green tea or tannic acid twice a day in a cup of water. In about a week, the unexpected benefit was the keloid fell off and the skin no longer had any growth. They grow because too much sugar (especially fructose), undigested protein (especially cooked meats), and oil causing liver congestion (especially fish oil, vegetable oils and sesame seed oil). Polyunsaturated and monounsaturated oils is causing most of the problem in cellular deterioration, as they form free radicals in the mitochondrial, causing abnormal growth. This may also happen from chemically induced, if a person happens to work for chemical factory, live near chemical sewage (neighbors will have similar sickness), for example.
