Lecithin and Fulvic Acid

Posted by Jay

I have a family member having trouble with constipation. He is not a veggie eater, trying to eat healthy with fruits, always lots of fluids, trying to be health conscious, but still having problems. Are there any smoothie recipes we can make, ie. with veggies, fruits etc. that can help. He was seen by a GI as well as having a colonoscopy to rule out any blockage. They suggested Zelnorm and we are not favoring that choice. We would like not to use medication because he is a teenager. any suggestions will be appreciated. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thanks.

Usually eating oily and fried foods is the cause that most of the public are not aware of. The cure is to take lecithin supplements along with your foods. With sufficient fat emulsifiers it has always work. Another trick I found was to take fulvic/humic acids. Farmers have known feeding pigs and livestock animals with this solves constipation for nearly a century. Taking 1 teaspoon of baking soda and possibly a small citric acid optional will help. Usually a person is constipated whenever the body's condition is acid. Baking soda will remove that condition and resolve the condition also. In fact always take baking soda everyday, will help reduce stress as it increases the body's oxygen.
