Posted by Rony on 10/14/2006

I have yeast infection on my tongue and I have a thrush in my esophagus and in my intestine , too. so the doctor said to take Nystatin. Nystatine didn't cure any of my problems. Please tell me if you can think of any treatment for my problems.

A yeast infection and thrush of esophagus and intestines appear to be spreading. Taking plenty of zinc acetate (or zinc chloride) at 50 mg/day, plus 25 mg of sodium molybdate, and 6-12 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide per glass of water should help reduce your thrush/yeast infection. Add sea salt 1/4 teaspoon per liter of water, and take some 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid to 1/2 glass of water, will help raise the oxygen and immune system to fight this off also. Should be taken at least twice, once before bedtime and once in the morning. There are many other remedies depending on the causes and conditions. The more information I have from you the better.

I had a budding yeast infection in my personal area that doctors couldn't detect until I went yesterday. My doctor literally "painted" me with Gentian Violet and it really worked! The only downside to it, it stains clothes. It's been used for thrush in babies and adults, on nursing mothers, as well as on burns, cuts, and etc. If the infection is caused by yeast, you can use it there! It's hard to come by, but you can get it at www.walgreens.com You can try to have your local pharmacy to order it for you. I don't recommend you using it "inside" your personal area yourself. I'd recommend you asking your doctor to do it for you. Other than that, it's GREAT!
