Ted's Remedies

Dear Ted,

Was wondering if you could give me some advice/help.... I'm a 31 year old female. I have been having skin issues lately. I have ringworm on my thigh and I think eczema on both ankles and my hand and finger. I have never had these skin problems before. I was wondering if you could tell me what is going on inside my body to be causing these issues And What I can do naturally (with food, supplements, oils, and so on) Internally and externally to get rid of the problems. Thank you for your time. I admire your work

Both the ringworm and eczema is caused by fungus. An easy remedy that gest rid of most fungus is vinegar. And is applied to any areas infected then wash off in few minutes. Apply as often as necessary. The second is more broader which is 1 percent H2O2 mixed with equal portion of vinegar. Leave it for few seconds then rinse. There are many ways. To get rid of stubborn fungus LED grèen light is apply of eczema area for at least half an hour.

For foods you have to avoid vegetable oils, fried foods, sweets including fruits and honey and corn and wheat too. Some people with eczema have vitamin A deficiencies and not chewing food, especially vegetables. There is theoretical basis for this but time limitations on my side.
