Dear Anthony: Whatever conditions you have, you must treat the conditions that are obvious to you first. That means to correct whatever imbalances present in your body.

my ph is a little acid and my urine is the same.

Your body appears to have bicarbonate deficiency. The best ways to raise your pH to near normal conditions is to take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid to 1/2 glass of water, twice a day, once in the morning and once before bedtime. Allow the fizz to stop. This usual practice allows the body to absorb the needed bicarbonates and correct the acid/alkaline imbalances without the interference of foods you eat. If you can't get the citric acid, a good suitable substitute is lemon. Take one whole freshly squeezed lemon, that means you do it then and there, and add 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda. The lemon is superior than citric acid in one way in that it has the vitamin C. The downside is that it has some sugar.

I tend to be a purist and add vitamin C separately to raise my negative ORP and pH at the same time. However this is individual preference. The other formula appears to be 1/4 teaspoon ascorbic acid plus 1/4 teaspoon baking soda plus 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid. It is little larger dose here due to limitations of measurements.

I'm also a vegan i have not eating meat for 10 yrs now.

Four deficiencies common in vegan, iron, zinc, vitamin B12, amino acid imbalance. I will usually take vitamin B complex where most of the Bs are about 100 mg., three times a day. B12 might have absorption problems so getting a B12 injections will help. Taking some soy protein supplements will definitely help to balance the protein imbalances. Depending on how strict your vegan is, a whey protein is an extract of cow's milk. It is also rich in protein also.

Zinc supplements in form of zinc acetate, common therapeutic dose is between 25-50 mg/day. You can also try amino acid chelate, if need be.

To increase iron, the best ways is to take plenty of vitamin C. The preferred vitamin C is sodium ascorbate, which is a more alkaline form of vitamin C. If not just get ascorbic acid powder and mix with plenty of baking soda to neutralize it. More vitamin C will enhance iron absorption.

Eating plenty of seeds will enchance more minerals your body needs, such as pumpkin seeds (rich in zinc), sunflower seeds (rich in magnesium), and brazil nuts (rich in selenium). Consider eating some other seeds too such as apricot seeds and apple seeds. It is high in B17. You don't need to eat a lot for apricot and apple seeds. Just eat one or two fruits a day along with the seeds just to get the bases covered.

I had flu like symtoms almost 2 weeks ago i had the fever the coughing, so after my fever was gone after a few days.. i started gettin these red makes on my hands.

This condition I have seen cured overnight just by taking vitamin B complex, zinc, selenium, garlic, freshly squeezed lemon juice plus baking soda, and plenty of vitamin C.

Please monitor your pH until you reach normal levels. At the time, you should be o.k. Vary your dosage of baking soda accordingly. Some people consume more bicarbonates, some people less. The pH is an easy way to tell.

This is just the basics as more complicated ones require buying difficult to find salts. However this should be more than enough. Ted
