Trigger fingers appears to be a vitamin B complex, magnesium and possibly iodine issues. Taking plenty of sunflower seeds do have some magnesium and getting some magnesium in form of magnesium chloride, magnesium citrate should be helpful.

Vitamin B complex and some evening primrose oil can be taken 3 times a week, but it is necessary to alkalize with lemon and baking soda, one freshly squeezed lime or lemon plus baking soda until no more fizz to 1/2 glass water taken twice a day. Apple cider vinegar and baking soda is synergistic, so 2 tablespoon ACV plus 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda can be helpful too.

A three times a week iodine foot painting should reduce problems related to neural problem related to fibrosis issue, but in some cases I have found heavy metals were high in urine that triggered trigger finger issue. Therefore taking plenty of cod liver oil and chinese parsley ( a good chelator) are helpful. Granulated powdered lecithin 1 tablespoon taken along with food and no fried food will lower some heavy metal burden.

Finally, drinking water may be the source of heavy metals, so quite possibly drinking distilled water with added 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt plus a generous pinch of baking soda to 1 liter of water is helpful in removing possible source of contaminated water.

I developed trigger finger in the middle two fingers of each hand a few weeks ago. I've been getting treated by my chiropractor and my left hand is much better, but my neck has been resisting treatment on the right side, so the right fingers are still having problems. Both hands are still somewhat numb, but no pain in the left lately and the right is somewhat better, but not great... YET!!
