Shingles, Phn, Thoracic Scoliosis
Dear Ted, I find that my thoracic scoliosis is worse and it is becoming very difficult to walk and stand straight. I have read of a soft brace which when worn while exercising has helped reduce curvature with many individual adults. Is there anything I can do specifically to help my condition while I have PHN? Shingles seems less serious than scoliosis, and I could not continue the treatents my chiropractor began giving me de to the pain of the shingles/PHN. Any helpful comment or advice will be greatly appreciated.
Tense muscle, lack of melatonin, and magnesium are the common cause of scoliosis, at least that's based on my experience. Magnesium supplements of 250 mg, usually in the form of magnesium citrate or magnesium gluconate. Melatonin of 3 mg is usually taken in the evening and a small massage vibrator is used in low frequency, usually 24-25 Hz, which is equivalent of a cat's purr, is applied to the neck region, and perhaps a cat's purr sound is played for about 1 hour to reduce the scoliosis. There is a methodology to reduce scoliosis using the Atlas profilax, or atlas evolution from a friend of mind who was helped with scoliosis, but mostly from the neck region. I think it as to do with the device they use on the vibrator to cause the muscle to relax which causes alignment to normalize by reducing the muscle stress.
