Joint Pain

Posted by Jennifer ( Florida) on 12/13/2007

ACV cured my daughter's sinus infection. After a week on an OTC medication, she agreed to try this remedy of ACV and Water boiling and inhaling the steam. After just a few minutes she said her headache was gone and she could breath again through her nose. I gave her the remedy twice the first day and she got up and went to school today...THANK YOU! She is still quite congested but I think that is normal and the phlegm is breaking up. PS: I am looking for information on Lyme's Disease in the secondary stages for my husband. He's been on antibiotics for over two months now. I have him on ACV and apple juice twice daily for his sore joints but the doctor has not given him any direction on what to do now that his antibiotic treatment is done. He will be starting a detox and pro-biotic treatment today. Any other info on what to do to help him would be appreciated.

Dear Jennifer: Happy to hear of the improvement. Although a plain distilled vinegar would do just fine too, and a better inhalation is a 50%/50% mix of 1.5% H2O2 with the vinegar, which forms peracetic vinegar at 0.75% concentration, which is a stronger antiviral remedy. Phlegm breakup takes time, although N Acetyl Cysteine 250-500 mg (no added aspartame please) will liquefy the rest of the phlegm to further help with the breathing.

A lyme disease at least from my own experience is helped best with 1/4 teaspoon of borax plus 10-20 drops of 3% H2O2 in one liter of drinking water. Also 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water taken twice a day should further relieve the problem. The remedy takes about 1 week to notice improvement and should help. It can be made stronger by the addition of borax to 1/2 teaspoon and quite possibly 1/4 teaspoon of salt, which should be done later if things aren't improving as quickly as hoped. Finally taking baths in or using a wet towel of 1% H2O2 with saturated amounts of borax (add borax until it no longer dissolves), well stirred, applied on the skin every 10 minutes for a couple of times should noticeably reduce the problem in the major skin area that is afflicted with the problem. I suspect xylitol may help such as 1 teaspoon either added to the solution or mixed in 1 glass of water taken internally, although I haven't been lucky enough to done that, but the xylitol has somewhat insecticidal properties. On the other hand, is weakness is indicated from lyme disease, my experience has been 300 mg of thiamine were quite helpful, but that's only if lack of energy that I have used. However, I haven't had much people sending me feedback on that one, positive or negative.
