Diet for Person Without a Gallbladder

Posted by Shelli

I know and I wish I had known then what I know now. Sometimes I think our Dr's just remove it to make money and don't try to fix it. They told me my gallbladder was not funcioning at all. So what type of diet would you prescribe for a person without a gallbladder trying to lose weight. I WILL not hold you in anyway responsible it just an opinion. P.S. The ACV with Baking soda seems to be doing the trick no stomach cramps.

Shelli: Doctors will remain in control of how the treatment is to be performed and they will have the upper hand, even if their treatments are wrong. One area that might be helpful is to get the word out.

Gall bladder basically does the critical fat emulsification, without sufficient amount, the liver buildup excess fat, or the body acquires obesity with excess fat. Therefore I would try to regularly use at least 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon of granulated lecithin with every meal of food I eat. The lecithin does the emulsification part that the gall bladder does. The other issue is that gall bladder also manages different salts, and bicarbonates necessary for the body to maintain an even pH otherwise, the body can't simply function. In that event, 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt in one liter of drinking water should help partly that problem.

The other thing that it does is the pH, which baking soda plus (sometimes) some potassium bicarbonates, Apple cider vinegar plus baking soda regularly should handle most of those problem. The detoxification done by gall bladder is difficult since a large amounts of the body's toxins are processed through the gall bladder, which I haven't yet fully resolve. However the addition of some sodium thiosulfate 10% drops in the drinking water added, such as 5 drops to 10 drops per liter would help. Sodium thiosulfate basically detoxifies oxidative chemicals that accumulates in the body where gall bladder does some of those quite indirectly. Apple cider vinegar has acetates, which is part of the process the liver does to detoxify toxins as well.

I can't cover every detoxification the gall bladder performs but one other thing that may be helpful sometimes is the use of hydrogen peroxide 3-6 drops 3% in one glass of water first thing in the morning. Peroxide generally detoxifies certain toxins by oxidation. Those can be done whenever sodium thiosulfate is not used (both are antagonistic and should not be done at the same time, but at least 3 hours apart if it is to be done on the same day. Sodium thiosulfate can be generally obtained from fish aquarium shops available as a dechlorinator where it is clearly labeled as sodium thiosulfate. The reason why they don't label it is to discourage competition so the competitors won't know what is used, or to discourage do it yourself people. However, people who are more knowledgeable will likely buy the ones that are clearly labeled with the ingredients. The color should be clear white and smell somewhat like rotten eggs (sulfur smell) or smells like hot mineral water springs with sulfur smells.
