Diastolic is a problem usually from cadmium which is found in chocolate, maybe shellfish. Fatty liver comes from fried foods, fruits, honey, sugar and especially alcoholic beverages. No eating processed snacks as there are no medicines that control diastolic pressure one refrain from foods, especially chocolates and cheese.

He can take granulated lecithin for his fatty liver. The capsule soft gel does not work. The dose is 1 tablespoon a day. Takes about 1 to 3 months to reduce liver fat to normal.
