Always helps to put peppermint oil to the amount that warming effect is no longer felt. The reason is the antibacterial properties of peppermint oil is quite powerful in itself, especially the viruses, but not really given the recognition it deserves in aromatherapy, especially its anti inflammatory properties.

Yes, it helps emulsify the foods aiding digesting and does some function of the gallbladder.

3. I am doing ACV with baking soda morning and evening (good results so far)

It's done usually 5 days out of a week so that the body can operate in cycles. That means I do nothing for 2 days, allowing the body a rest and some detoxification time.

4. I have even added taking cold showers to help my body.

It it helps, then it's generally o.k.

5. I drink non sugared Aloe Vera 4 oz each day.

That's o.k.

6. CAN I ADD Coconut oil to my routine??????

If I have to add coconut oil, I will always mixed with equal portions of granulated lecithin. For example, if I plan to take 1/2 teaspoon of coconut oil, I will add 1/2 teaspoon of granulated lecithin. The lecithin will emulsify the coconut oil, so that the body won't have trouble processing them, especially less the gallbladder.

The lemon and baking soda does more than cleansing. It corrects the pH, corrects the antioxidant (ORP) of the blood, balances the electrolytes and removes the excess serum calcium so common in people who are past puberty. I usually prefer the use of lemon and baking soda, than lemon alone. I get complaints all the time from using lemon exclusively or apple cider vinegar exclusively. Sea salt is used separately added into a drinking water and cleanses the system, but yet it also remineralizes the micromineral imbalances so common amongst us "land creatures" who eat land borne food.
