Remedies Needed for Ringing Ears, Sometimes Caused by Allergies

Hi Ted. I am having trouble with my ears ringing -- sometimes it is allergies. Please let me know if you think of something.
Ears ringing is a B complex (b50) and magnesium (250 mg) deficiency. Heavy metals lead to ringing ears too and cilantro will help. What generall stops the ear ringing was the 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda twice a day over two weeks would have resolved the ear ringings. It takes about 2-3 weeks to noticed improvement.
